My Mission is to change flotation.
I intend to describe what we know about the flotation of sulfide minerals via their chemical properties, such as solubility, electrochemistry, redox reactions, and molecular orbital theory. Fill in the gaps where I can with new measurements, calculations, and experiments. Then, exploit that knowledge to dispel old miners’ tails and “Company’s Coming” flotation recipes.
I want to determine the differential flotation conditions of Arsenic minerals. Along the way, I’m bound to learn something useful that I can share with you.
